Position 1 

We are looking for a Carpenter, (for the Oxnard/Ventura County Area) someone who can do finish work and is also familiar with and has the ability to work within the following trades: 
♦ Concrete ♦ Plumbing ♦ Stucco ♦ Framing ♦ Drywall ♦ Door Installation and Maintenance ♦ Painting ♦ 

In order to be considered for the position the following requirements need to be met: 
Must have 5+ years Commercial experience 
Must have clean and valid CA drivers license (company vehicle is provided) 
Needs to be self motivated, have the ability to work with little to no supervision, as well as being happy to be part of a team. 
This is F/T Work, hours can VARY... individual needs to be available and able to respond to emergency service calls as they arise some nights & weekends are possible. 
Basic computer skills, being able to upload pictures and send via email or phone 
Good communication skills a must
